While Howey was able to conceal her baby bump for the TV appearance, she later apologized to hostJimmy Fallonfor keeping the news a secret from him. "I feel bad I lied to you last time I was here. I did," Howey admitted while returning toThe Tonight Showthis week. "When I was here, I was halfway through my pregnancy." The pair then reminisced on the interview, realizing that because Howey was pregnant, her daughter has technically already made an appearance on the show. "That's fantastic...I'm so honored! I'm [her] first talk show," Fallon exclaimed. Howey ended up announcing her pregnancy just a couple of months after the initial late night interview and then gave birth to her daughter in June 2023.
