Love, 84, opted for a vibrant blue patterned tux, which he paired with a matching Beach Boys baseball cap. The pair appeared to be all smiles while posing for the red carpet photo-op, despite the profound loss they suffered just one day prior. Wilson, who was a cousin to Love, died on Wednesday, June 11. His familyannounced the somber newsin a statement released on social media and to hisofficial website. The beloved singer was 82. "We are heartbroken to announce that our beloved father Brian Wilson has passed away. We are at a loss for words right now,"his family wrote. "Please respect our privacy at this time as our family is grieving. We realize that we are sharing our grief with the world." Both Love and Stamos penned their own heartfelt tributes to Wilson, with Love calling his late bandmate the "soul" of the Beach Boys' music in an emotionalInstagram message. "I'll miss you forever, my beloved cousin," Love also wrote in his post. Stamos, who has been performing with the Beach Boys for over 40 years, said inhis own Instagram post, "Brian Wilson didn't just soundtrack my life…he filled it with color, with wonder, with some of the most unforgettable, emotional, joyful moments I've ever known." "Rest easy, Brian. Thank you for the music. Thank you for the moments. I'll carry them with me -forever," theFull Houseactor concluded.
