The actress and singer, 32, premiered her new project at the Beacon Theater during the annual New York City event on Friday, June 6. At one point, while she was onstage taking part in a Q&A with producer Panos Cosmatos and co-directors and co-writers Jacob Bixenman and Brendan Walter, audience members yelled at Cyrus to perform. "We paid $800. Sing," one attendee screamed, as another later shouted, "We thought this was a concert." Cyrus ended up appeasing fans' requests to hear her voice, as she sang an impromptu a cappella rendition of"The Climb"— her popular tune from 2009'sHannah Montana: The Movie. Those 'fans' are soooo rude and entitled. They should be ashamed," one user wrote, as another said, "She owes these people nothing. She handled this with such class and grace. Shame on them."
