According to a statement obtained by PEOPLE that was thenposted on his Instagram, his health condition has worsened from his recent performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision, and balance. Under his doctor's instructions, the"Piano Man"musician is undergoing specific physical therapy and has been "advised to refrain from performing during this recovery period."
